Multiple listings under one broker

I’ve noticed a lot of the brokers in my search area have multiple listings that interest me. Curious how folks navigate thag when they are interested in more than one listing with a certain broker. I had one broker who tried to keep selling me a deal that I told him I was no longer interested in but has other listings that I want yo explore.

Be straightforward and tell them you’re not interested in that deal. If they continue to push it then tell them again. Don’t know the brokers agreement but I imagine they get commission and are therefore incentivized to not waste time on parties not interested in that deal. Perhaps this is a miscommunication or you should redefine/clarify your criteria with the broker

If in the same industry, reach out to broker with the industry focus, then rank order the listings of interest. They likely will just provide CIM"s for one at a time.
