I’ve noticed a lot of the brokers in my search area have multiple listings that interest me. Curious how folks navigate thag when they are interested in more than one listing with a certain broker. I had one broker who tried to keep selling me a deal that I told him I was no longer interested in but has other listings that I want yo explore.

Hi Bryan! I think this really goes for all of your broker engagements regardless of the listing "overlap." As long as you are being clear about what you are (and are not) looking for and responsive with your feedback it shouldn't surprise them when you tell them that you aren't interested in company A for X reason but you feel like Company B might be a better fit. It will also help them better understand your search parameters as your relationship grows. I will say that my criteria has evolved quite a bit over time and I have tried to make sure that as it does, I am sharing that with the brokers that I have connected with so we stay on the same page. Hope that helps!

Be straightforward and tell them you’re not interested in that deal. If they continue to push it then tell them again. Don’t know the brokers agreement but I imagine they get commission and are therefore incentivized to not waste time on parties not interested in that deal. Perhaps this is a miscommunication or you should redefine/clarify your criteria with the broker
