Multi-location behavioral health clinic

Rough revenue / EBITDA estimate, I suspect it will be in the $500-750k EBITDA range after some fairly obvious add-backs. This is a 4-5 location behavioral health clinic in the Philidelphia area. Great reputation and name brand. I have been the fractional CFO for this client for a couple years. The seller moved to another state a few years ago and has semi-retired / started a psychedelic treatment clinic and the old clinic has taken more time/energy than expected. Seller has not yet signed an engagement with a broker but is in the process.
