I am a principal a venture to acquire family veterinary hospitals and clinics. We are assembling a world-class Board of Directors that will be augmented with excellent legal and accounting representation.

Founding Board members will be given equity and never be asked to contribute capital. Respecting the reputations of our Board members and conducting our business with integrity will be a core operating principle.

I want to point out this position that we would be discussing that would require 6-10 hours a month of commitment as long it is not a conflict of interest to your current board obligations. If you can't, for whatever reason, meet the terms, I would not waste your time and my time for the conversation.
