Taking advantage of the lack of liquidity and dedicated investors we are targeting companies with a lack of succession plan, stable cash flow, and open to preferred payment terms. Leveraging on the team's experience and track record on SME acquisitions, restructuring through shared services, and market growth, we are targeting +20% net IRR through a long-term buy-and-hold strategy. Currently raising EUR 5M to quickstart operations with the objective to build a portfolio of 10 to 14 companies under a HoldCo structure with target companies EBITDA's ranging from EUR 400k - 1M.
