Currently competing on $34.9M Contracts, the Company is an innovative, minority-owned, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business dedicated to the support of those who go in harm’s way. They support our warfighters and first responders by providing innovative capabilities, professional services, and commercial versions for broader adaptation. The Company’s innovation division develops products for sale, the need for which have been personally experienced, are priority publicized requirements of the US Department of Defense, and have civilian/commercial applicability. In addition to the innovation products which they develop and patent, they regularly respond to procurement requests from foreign militaries. These include competitive equipment quotes, end-of-year military aid expenditures, and long-term program support. In addition to their two already patent pending products, they have other innovations ready to develop and patent, yet limited by current resources. The Company is currently a subcontractor on Cyber contracts support for US Cyber Command and NSA, as a prime contractor in conducting a NATO feasibility study, and has multiple teamed proposals under consideration. Their US teaming partners include Tatra Solutions Inc, an 8(a) Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business, as well as Honeywell Corporation, and L3Harris. The Company has also recently been awarded U.S. Air Force SBIR contracts for two separate leading-edge technology products. NDA is required to receive comprehensive Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM). Detailed Information Facilities: The Company is a distributed home offices company with employees located in all four US time zones. They are concentrated in the Virginia area, with employees in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Texas, Montana, and Washington. Competition: Their competition varies between the lines of effort and the products. Growth & Expansion: Our growth and expansion is along three lines. They are planning vertical growth for the their products. Upon releasing our Minimum Viable Product, horizontal growth will be possible into law enforcement, private security, Search & Rescue, and border patrol. The other product is being commercialized to realize horizontal growth with multiple commercial website cross-selling arrangements already in place, as we also pursue the sole-source GSA Schedule. The Services Division seeks horizontal growth by diversifying their cyber support offerings outside the USG to address state and local government, as well as industry needs. Reason for Selling: They are seeking a group that will help facilitate the pursuit of DoD Innovation Awards and scale all product lines into an 8 figure run rate business.
