Midwest Logistics Company Investment Signed LOI

Just received a signed LOI for a Logistics company in the Midwest. The owner and two key employees will be retaining equity in the deal and will work the next three years.We built a $1m earnout over the next 2 years and continue the company's growth on track. Their TTM is $10m in revenue and $2m in EBITDA. The purchase price is $9m plus the $1m earnout. We are seeking an equity partner for $2.2m, which will give you a 25% stake in the company.
