Mental health business in northern California with absentee owners

An interesting opportunity came my way recently that doesn't quite align with what we look for at Dealwise (it's not software). It's a brick and mortar business in the mental health industry in northern California, profitable, with $700k in annual recurring revenue. EBITDA is unknown, $100k is just a guess. It's run by an absentee owner with a full management team is in place that handles all day to day operations.
