Does anyone have information on EBITDA multiples on Medical labs?
Im searching for information on how much should I pay in the Mexican market.
there is a lot of information in the US market... is it the same multiples or the fact that healthcare functions differently in both countries affect the valuations?

Hey Luis! ¿Looking for EBITDA multiples information in Mexico market? Remember, Healthcare in US market has a lot of liquidity but in Mexico the liquidity is lower than US market. The size of revenues, profits, EBITDA in Mexico are lower than US market. In Colombia, we use 50% US Market EBITDA multiples to value companies. Good luck Luis.
