Mass Cold Emailing - Best Practices

I am seeking advice on how to best send ~300 emails to prospective sellers. What tools and processes are people using that minimize the risk of hitting the spam filter and doesn't require a complex and expensive setup and management process. I have heard positive things about Instantly, but that tools seems to be for people sending out 1K+ emails aday. Are there better options for smaller and less frequent sends?

For a list of only 300, send a physical letter in the mail. That opens far more doors than email or LinkedIn. Yes, it costs more, takes more time and is more work but that's why it works better.

I've also used Gmass and with a Google Workspace account you can send up to 2000 emails per day but it's not nearly as effective as LinkedIn, at least in my experience.
