Managed IT Acquisition Equity Partner

I am considering partnering with a <5 million revenue provider to acquire additional MSP providers. We would be interested in acquiring sub 1 million revenue providers and keeping management on or merging with our existing operation and buying them out entirely. I am curious if there are Equity providers who specialize in this field and what they're thoughts are on the concept.
