Looking to raise capital in order to purchase stake in Oil Wells

Looking to purchase a stake in newly drilled oil well site in Texas. These wells will be horizontally drilled with a 1.5inch needle. 250k for a 25% stake in each well which are predicted to produce 35bbl minimum. My group and I are looking to acquire###-###-#### wells ( The total amount of wells available is 250) with debt received from lenders. I have a lender who is open to working with us but needs assurance that we can make a down payment of 30%.
