Looking to Invest in Sep/Oct Deals

Hey all -

I'm an active search fund investor (mostly in independent searchers).

One of my other investments that were a C Corp recently exited and there's a QSBS tax rollover provision so I have 60 days to roll into another C Corp or LLC Taxed as C Corp.

As such, I'm actively looking to invest in search fund deals that are C Corp or LLC Taxed as a C Corp that are closing by October 28th.
