Looking to invest in 5-10 self-funded searchers this year

Are you a self-funded searcher with a deal under LOI or close to an LOI? We are looking to invest in 5-10 acquisitions this year.

We acquired an artificial turf install business in 2022 via a self-funded search. We have since tripled the business, expanded to multiple states and started to invest and support other searchers. Last year we invested in 5 deals in the US and UK in various industries (home service, distribution, business services and manufacturing).

We support searchers post close where desired, but believe that searchers should have freedom to operate and grow the business. We typically only need a 30-60min call after receiving the presentation to give you a verbal commitment. We can do commitments as low as $50k up to the full equity check.
