My partner and I are in exclusivity at a good multiple with a biopharma services business. We love the business and have received great feedback from top biopharma services PE firms. Of course, we went self-funded for the superior economics, but the business (and equity check size) is larger than the traditional self-funded deal. We are drafting our CIM now and are close to kicking off our "road show", but ahead of time, would love to connect with any self funded searchers that raised ~10mm+ equity checks.
