New guy here. I'm a serial-consultant who got back from a deployment less than a year ago and looking to self-fund a business... The deals I've been looking at are usually $2-$3M Revenue/$750k-1M EBITDA, well collateralized businesses, funded with SBA Loan (80%), Seller Financing (10%), and me (10%). Does anyone here have experience successfully putting together Consulting + Military to create value and then eventually exit? I'd love to hear any of your stories, even if they aren't 100% exactly the same as what I'm describing.
Also, for those who thought about self-funding and then decided AGAINST it, I'd also love to hear those stories too. Thanks in advance and I look forward to learning more from this great community.
