hello Everyone, I am new here and. glad to be here. I noticed a lot of search fund and brokers seem to be "predominantly' located in the US. Can anyone help with Search fund companies, as well as brokers in the UK and its environs.

I apologise in advance if this subject has already been discussed earlier... If this is the case, please kindly re-forward threads/links etc. I await your responses. thanks a lot.

Hi Ini, you have many self-funded searchers and several traditional search funds in the UK. There are bi-weekly Friday calls organised with a help of Searchfunder that you may want to attend.
With regards to brokers - UK is one of the most actively brokered markets due to accessibility of company information and I think best way is to googling around location / criteria you have to get in touch with them.
Happy to get in touch if you want to have a chat.

The directory on this forum is really great for this. You can filter on country and see both search funds that are still active and those that have already aquired companies (as far back as 1994)
