Looking for SBA 7a Lenders who work with SaaS acquisitions

I'm curious to chat with a lender or two about the nuances of a SBA 7a loan with an asset light SaaS company. I'm aware of the personal guarantee required, but also not sure how my personal mortgage has an impact, if at all. e.g., better to have a mortgage vs not, etc.
