Looking for SaaS operating partner - CEO who knows cold fusion development

I have a unique deal that we need a CEO for and can acquire through the search fund model -- but the CEO needs to double as the CTO and be capable of coding in COLD FUSION (I know, very old). It's a cash cow but the target needs the right fit to run it. Given the nature of the company, you would not have to move and you could build the company from where you live or want to live.
