I have a background in software M&A and have been on the operating side of software companies over the past decade and am now interested in putting some of my accumulated capital to work in acquiring some software companies of my own. While I'm not a traditional searcher, there are some parallels to my strategy and I would like to finance a portion of my future acquisitions to increase by buying power and increase my ROI.
While I'm sure I could do the typical Google route and find some lenders that way, I'd prefer to work with someone who is familiar and comfortable with cash flow based lending and specifically funding searchers.
Is there anyone operating in the SF Bay Area that would be willing to facilitate a connection? Happy to talk in more specifics about myself, capital available and my experience if additional validation is needed.
Thanks everyone!
