Yeah, I know that's quite a variety of business models, but I am looking for qualified partners to co-invest in strategic opportunities in car wash operator ($4.5m EV, $2m land, $500k cash flow); coin operated laundromat ($2m EV, $400k cash flow); or niche fitness franchise ($2,2 EV, $400k cash flow). Open to other low EBITDA multiple, positive cash flow ($500k min) businesses to invest in the Southeast, preferably metro Atlanta GA. Naturally, I'd also be interested in CPA/advisory firms w recurring cash flow.
