i am currently arranging a non-traditional acquisition deal, wherein a significant portion of the asking price will be covered by the owner through a promissory note. The business does not meet the qualifications for SBA financing, I am seeking alternative financing options. The total deal size is less than $1 million, with the owner financing a substantial amount.
