Looking for Home Healthcare Agencies

I have been actively searching for home healthcare agencies to purchase. Specifically, agencies providing Skilled and Unskilled labor in the form of Home Health and Home Care agencies, initially in the Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio area. 

I wanted to see if anyone in the searchfunder network might have a lead they would be willing to share, or at least to make some new connections and expand the network.
