Looking for Gap Funding

Hi All,

I have a deal that I'm pursuing for which I am looking for Gap funding / capital infusion. I plan on injecting some equity of my own and taking out a SBA loan, but, will still need capital to close. 

More Details on the deal:
Industry: Agriculture Services (Specifically engineered plastics for nurseries, etc.)
Business: Wholesale, distributor (amongst the largest in the US for this purpose)
2023 Est. Revenue: $30M+
2022 Est. EBITDA: ~$4M
