Looking for Family Office Investors

We would like to engage with family offices interested in investing in a manufacturing operation. I am an independent sponsor with over 25 years of experience of sales and operations experience related to manufacturing, supply chain, and retail.

We successfully secured funding for a $10m transaction earlier this year, and are now looking at opportunities in the $3-$5m EBITDA range that would require more equity. We have a specific opportunity in play now with over $4m EBITDA and would like to discuss possible partnerships.
