Our office is interested in exploring the purchase of a durable, medical equipment distributor that exceeded $4M in EBITDA on $30M in sales last year. The business is located in the upper Midwest, but is relocatable. We’re interested in purchasing the company outright, but are in need of a new operator to assume day to day control. Our proposed structure for a transaction on this asset will afford a sizeable issuance of common equity and a competitive salary to the operator we feel is best equipped to lead the business in its next phase of maturity and growth.
