We are looking for equity investors $2.7m for a (cash flow positive from day one) field. Wells are currently making 144 BOPD as of Oct###-###-#### There are 279 producing wells, 95 wells that could be brought back online with a minimum investment. Equity partner secures 100% ownership until $12m repaid secured by property and attached assets. Our team has 70 years of oil and gas experience and current operational team is willing to remain in place. Assets to include, entire field production and its well by well equipment, plus equipment in the company's yard, as well as a five acre facility and office building, in Texas which has been appraised at $4,976,220. Projected monthly cash flow to $945,000 by early 2024 with existing wells only back on production.
