I am searching for a $1m+ EBITDA business in the NY Metro Area or Southern Florida and looking for a Search and Operating Partner. This is a self-funded Search in which I plan to raise 20-30% from Equity Partners. Industry exclusions: Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare.
