Looking for 5 companies with $5 MM in annual sales for a virtual merger

I'm looking to buy 5 companies advertising, trucking, manufacturing, or construction over the next few months using a virtual merger.  You will still own and run your company but we will be a much bigger company on paper and can sell for 10x more than you could on your own. 

There's no fee to join our Merger.

I doubt this approach works. The multiple arbitrage comes from the synergies of integrated operations and the confidence of continuity of cash flow from having a larger sales base, and reduced key-man risk. A false merger will accomplish none of that, and anyone with the capital to buy will sniff that out in about five minutes.
