I am in touch with the CEO of a start-up company who is looking to find a potential debt solution to fund their first orders. This is a rapid test development and manufacturing company with the management team in Mexico, the company has a US entity with subsidiaries in Chile, Mexico and Spain. They are looking to ramp up manufacturing in the USA and already have orders and manufacturing capabilities in EU. Orders are up to $100MM but they have no receivables, assets, nor any revenue yet. The immediate need is $1MM to fund the manufacturing for the first order, and $30MM in the next 3 months.
Does anyone provide debt solutions based on orders only? Other capital solutions are welcome too.
