Stanley Mueller Capital Partners is looking for lenders who specialize in SBA loans for self funded searches. They must be comfortable with 80-90% debt. Our structure is 10-20% equity investment (from outside investors), 65% SBA loan and the rest in seller financing. We intend to buy businesses with recurring revenue, defensible market positions and 3 years of steady EBITDA growth. The seller should be an owner who is retiring and has worked 15+ years in the underlying business. We like value added distribution, manufacturers and business services.
