Legalzoom for legal due diligence

Has any searchfunder used Legalzoom for legal due diligence and other legal matters post acquisition ?
What were some of the lessons learned. Would you recommend them ?
I am wary of using them at the same time as self sponsored search funder I have a budget that I need to stick with.
