Am looking for a reasonable lawyer to lead the legal aspect of contract and closing. 
I have done a free acquisition before but have lost my friend and lawyer of 13 years to a massive heart attack last year. 
am looking for a let legal partner. 
I have a spa and an apa I have used in the past.
