How are y’all finding leads? do y’all recommend hiring a va from Upwork and saving myself the time scrapping the internet and social media? also, how can I accurately get information on a company like current revenue, ect? Don’t want to waste my time speaking to a company that might not be in my buy box.

I agree that you should get someone who is already done all of this and if they already have this list that is good also.

However if you must start from scratch find one of the PPP databases and that will help you find businesses with the employee count that you want. Then you're going to have to try out different outsourcers to find one who's good at finding the emails or phone numbers.

Apollo.io is a good start for all this data already put together but that data is hit up pretty hard.

Clean the emails before sending with millionverifier. Findymail to reverify the risky ones.

Hiring a VA can definitely save you time, but there's no substitute for manual outreach and relationship-building. The most effective deals often come from doing things the hard way—networking, meeting people face-to-face, etc. While a VA can gather basic info, key metrics like revenue and growth are typically gathered through direct engagement where you can ask tough questions and get to know the seller more personally.
