Large Gas Station Portfolio

Have a proprietary deal of a portfolio of gas stations under LOI - seeking non recourse/conventional debt and equity investors. Business only, no real estate. Tax Returns/P&Ls prove the EBITDA. Very reasonable ev/ebitda multiple given the larger size of this deal.

Even if you’re getting the business only, be careful of environmental liabilities with gas stations. Plumes get in the ground and the remediation can be in the seven figures.
