Thankful to report we just closed on a private-aviation FBO operating business and hangar portfolio in the Pacific NW! Thanks to all (you know who you are) for your support and encouragement. The deal was a marathon (2 years+) but worth the wait. Learned a lot about unsophisticated sellers without adequate representation (and the cost that added for us!), buying out SBA loans, etc.
