IT Support during Search

I'm looking for recommendations on IT support during search. I'm currently searching, and I've run into a relatively basic IT problem. My normally always reliable method of Googling for the solution and asking a few others has failed me, and I'm looking for someone that could help for this issue and on an on-going basis.
