Looking for advice on IT strategy to convert mostly paper-based security guard company to digital staffing, scheduling, payroll, monitoring, reports, invoicing, etc.

Need help evaluating many security guard apps on the market--which one is best for small biz with about 100 guards?

Also interested in outsourcing payroll, accounting, hiring, etc.

Any general advice or IT consultant recommendations appreciated.
