I am in search of investors that would be looking to invest into a startup manufacturing plant building pre-fab wall panels for multi-family, townhouses, retirement communities, etc. There is one main competitor in the mid- Atlantic area called Blue Print Robotics Inc. The CAD technology has improved to the point that it can communicate with CNC machines. With the increasing labor shortage this will be the future of construction. Please, let me know if anyone or organization comes to mind.

Tye, cool concept. I think a lot of us here are probably more looking to buy existing businesses. Do you have any ideas of ways to buy exiting infrastructure, then reinvest towards your concept? Like buy a conventional LVL beam maker then modernize?

William,
I have considered that, but further down the road. Right now the competitors are buying bulk from main suppliers with a lot of custom structural components. This is a different set up, than just the typical wall panel and truss company. It will be similar to this company, check out www.blueprintrobotics.com. This company and Katerra are the most advanced pre-fab companies in the country.
Thanks Tye
