Investing Equity in QSBS qualifying companies

I'm urgently seeking to invest in opportunities qualifying as a QSBS (Qualified Small Business Stock) that will close in the next 45 days (3/26/2022) via a 1045 exchange. I can also participate in any priced rounds that have happened recently (must be an original issue, not a secondary transaction). Typically, the business must be a C corp (most common) OR an LLC that has elected to be taxed as a C corp (not common).
