We are working towards expanding employee benefits as part of our growth strategy. Healthcare in particular is a major one. As a roughly 30 person company, we do not yet qualify for the ACA mandate and are trying to get smarter on options. That research led us to qsehra.

any one have experience with those type of reimbursement strategies? Thoughts?

I have a few clients who elected the qsehra. It can be a great, tax-efficient option for employers to contribute a fixed amount and allow employees the choice of their own insurance carrier and plan. Happy to chat further. A company that specializes in these plans is Take Command Health based in Dallas.

You might want to talk to two experts in the insurance field I now well. They do offer employee benefits programs, but always seem open to chat with folks like you. if you send me an email, and I will make the intro: redacted
