Intro lending options - We are Boopos

We are Boopos, a lending company that can help financing acquisitions under a flexible schedule - no personal guarantees, no fixed instalments. From time to time we source deals too and we pre-approve them for financing, so we are mostly looking for experienced managers that want to be business owners.

We finance subscription based companies (ideally software) and e-commerce. We finance US businesses and sometimes EU businesses, and we look for revenue recurrence indicators in the companies. Our ticket ranges from $100k to $1MM but may go above that amount in some specific scenarios.
