Hope you are doing well! My friend and I are starting to research and strategize the purchase of an existing business. We both were/are US Army officers in charge of many people, systems and assets. We are thinking about buying a company in the $1-10 million range if we can acquire the capital, Right now service (larger maintenance companies) and food packaging/supply side areas excite us!
