I am currently running a self-funded search and would like to work with a few interns. With a very niche market detected we expect to close a deal within 6 months. I wanted to offer some unpaid internships for 6 months but with the upside of management fast track once a deal is closed.
Has anyone worked with a structure like this? What do you think?
