I'm surprised by the limited outpatient & ambulatory offerings of Infusion (IV) Therapies. Seems like this modality of treatment has grown meaningfully in the past few decades, across oncology, rheumatology, GI, neurology, et. al. - and even some treatments for COVID-19.

There's particularly limited access to ambulatory/outpatient (cheaper) offerings in rural areas. I grew up in Appalachia & serving rural communities is of great interest to me.
Would love to speak w/ anyone also interested in or knowledgable re: infusion therapy & the nuances around in-patient, ASC/outpatients, in-home infusion care & the current supply/demand dynamics in the U.S.
