I am interested in acquiring a healthcare-related business. The company should have at least $2 million in EBITDA. 
I'm particularly interested in the following:
- MSO (Management Services Organization)
- DSO (Dental Support Organization)
- Discount Health or Dental Plan
- HMO/PPO
