I’m looking for a small business cpa who understands m&a

I really need to find a cpa that will be a match for me:

 Ability to know what I need with little detailed communication from me
 Ability to quickly give me the positives and negatives of decisions and has enough moral fiber to guide me in staying on the side of doing the right thing without my having to understand the details 
Tech forward.  I prefer an early adopter.   Prefer little to no paper 
 Not a one person office but not a large firm either.
