I really need to find a cpa that will be a match for me:

1. Ability to know what I need with little detailed communication from me
2. Ability to quickly give me the positives and negatives of decisions and has enough moral fiber to guide me in staying on the side of doing the right thing without my having to understand the details
3. Tech forward. I prefer an early adopter. Prefer little to no paper
4. Not a one person office but not a large firm either.

You might rather want a CPA who brings you along, to understand the details in an efficient way that works for your style. In SMB M&A, the devil is IN those details. Its a fine balance of time-is-of-the-essence, trust-but-verify, and understanding the nitty gritty (and balancing risk vs. reward). More often than not, clients of our missed something in the details - while we LOVE supporting them, we'd much rather ensure folks get things right from the beginning! Happy to chat more - feel free to DM or email at redacted

^redacted‌ are you specifically looking for a CPA because you're wanting tax assistance? I'm not a CPA but acquired an accounting firm earlier this year, so I'm familiar with M&A. We're a remote firm and I currently have a team of 6 people. We only do accounting though, we don't do any tax work. If you'd like to chat and see if we're a fit shoot me a dm and we can schedule something.
