Long time listener, first time caller. An off-market HVAC opportunity seems to be manifesting. I spent most of the last 13 years working with insurers and am focusing my search on insurance, so I do not have the strongest grasp of the industry or its dynamics.
I do want to understand if this is something I can scale up/roll up and am interested in hearing from anybody that has experience in the space. Are there any recommended resources that come to mind? I am a licensed engineer with an electronic controls background and limited project management and A&E experience, so I am not going into this completely blind.

Hi Michial if above $1M EBITDA, I’d love to connect. We built and sold Turnpoint services are looking to do it again. Fwiw lots of opportunity but expensive and have to have a war chest to roll up
