Hi, I have been providing HVAC company deal flow for a couple of M&A advisors / PE firms and wanted to expand the opportunity to this group.

If you're interested in working together, I will provide all marketing services at no cost, and only request a finders fee and/or equity arrangement.

The only cost would be for ad spend. But if we have a group of people interested in HVAC companies, we can pool our resources together to cover ad spend.

These would be off market opportunities which would limit competition and enable you to build a relationship directly with the seller.
