How to set up a traditional search fund

Can anyone tell me a little more the PROCESS and documentation of setting up a TRADITIONAL SEARCH FUND including costs?

Also, I guess there are also legal details to watch out for (regulation of fund marketing etc)?

About myself: I am based in GERMANY, and I have been looking for businesses to buy for a couple of years using my company that I am CEO of. I even had several companies already under LOI and negotiated interesting deals.

However, now I would like to do something else with my life and acquire a company in a totally different vertical or industry.
