How to Finance $10M+ deals?

Hello All,
How do people fund deals beyond $10M?  (beyond SBA level).  Or to be more specific, what types/links to financial institutions that lend to $10m-50M deal values?  I have some larger deals on the horizon.  Need to lay the ground work with $ sources.  Any suggestions?  Anyone what to team up on larger deals?  Thanks! Sven

Update: The word on the street, is that banks are only funding EXCELLENT deals at the moment. And by excellent I mean, they are reluctant to loan because they are preserving capital to meet regulatory requirements/scrutiny so have cut back on lending unsecured loans, so only the VERY best ones are getting approved, so, currently, Nov 2023, it is very difficult to get deals funded. Do others agree?
